The Tenant desires to keep
a water bed in the aforementioned premises under the Rental Agreement
referred to above. The Landlord agrees to allow the
Tenant to keep a water bed the Tenant hereby acknowledges and agrees to the
following:
This addendum to a lease or
rental agreement provides the consent of the landlord to allow a tenant
to install a water bed (within certain specifications) on the premises.
Tenant is responsible for hiring professionals to install the waterbed
in a predetermined location as agreed to by the landlord.
The tenant must allow the landlord to inspect and approve the quality and installation of the water bed.
Resident(s) agrees to be
totally responsible for any damage caused by their waterbed to their unit or other unit, including all damages caused by the weight of water
to
the floor and carpeting
.
Resident(s) agrees to
furnish owner with a copy of valid liability insurance policy and
agrees to renew policy as necessary. Tenant agrees to name the
landlord as first insured for damages caused in regards to the water bed. The minimum amount of liability coverage acceptable to the
landlord is $____, ___.00. In addition to the insurance coverage,
Tenant must also provide an
additional damage deposit. Residents agree that the owners reserve the
right to revoke this permission to keep water bed should the residents
break this agreement.
The tenant agrees to remove his water bed immediately if any of these terms or conditions are broken
