Sub-Let Or Sub-Tenancy Agreement
This agreement is an Addendum to the Residential Lease entered into on

The above-referenced Agreement prohibits Sub-letting without the
express written consent of Owner. Therefore, Owner hereby approves
Tenant:____________________________________________
- As Sub-Tenant(s) of the original Tenant(s) named above. Said original
Tenant(s) hereby accept the Sub-Tenant(s) under the terms and
conditions of this Agreement and the Rental Agreement, a copy of which
is attached hereto.
- Sub-Tenant(s) hereby acknowledge(s) that they have read and understand
the terms and conditions expressed regarding the rights and obligations
of the sub-tenancy.
- Sub-Tenant(s) understand(s) that they do not have the same status as
the original Tenant(s) named above in that upon entering into this
agreement the rent on the premises has not been increased to its fair
market value.
- Sub-Tenant(s) further understand(s) and agree(s) that
when the original tenancy may be created only at the sole discretion of
Owner.
- Approval of one Sub-Tenant shall not be deemed as a waiver of
Owner's right of consent to any future Sub-Tenant.
- Owner reserves the
right to evict any remaining Occupant(s) as holdover Sub-Tenants at the
end of the term of the original tenancy.
- All Occupants understand and agree that they must notify Owner, in
writing, of any Tenant's intent to vacate the premises at least 30 days
prior to such vacancy and that the remaining Occupants must satisfy the
income and credit requirements of Owner.
Should any of the above
conditions not be met Tenant(s) and Sub-Tenant(s) agree that they will
immediately vacate the premises and return all keys to Owner.
- Tenant(s) and Sub-Tenant(s) understand and agree that they may not
assign this Agreement, and they may not sublet or in any way change the
tenancy without Owners prior written consent.
- Tenant(s) and Sub-Tenant(s) hereby acknowledge reading and receiving a copy hereof:
