and for valuable consideration the undersigned:


1. Herein referred to as the guarantor does hereby guarantee, unconditionally to the owner/manager of said rental unit any and all damages including but not limited to:

2. Any breach of the terms of the tenancy as defined by the lease or rental agreement and all addendums attached to the lease.

3. The guarantor agrees to be responsible for non-payment of any rent or lease sums that the lessee(s) by default or bankruptcy, insolvency or non-payment of all sums related to the lease agreement.

4. I understand that I may be required to pay for rent, cleaning charges, or damage assessments in such amounts as are incurred by the Tenant(s) under the terms of this Agreement if and only if the Tenant(s) themselves fail to pay.

5. The guarantor further guarantees unconditionally, all physical damages and any legal costs incurred in enforcing this agreement to the owner/manger of (address)_______.

6. The Guarantors understand that they do not have any rights of possession of this unit and cannot occupy the unit. Any changes to the lease or rental agreement do not need the approval or advance notification from the owner/manager to the guarantor

7. I also understand that this Guarantor of Tenancy Agreement will remain in force throughout the entire term of the tenancy, even if the tenancy is extended or changed in its terms, unless relieved in writing by the owner/manger. I promise to guarantee the Tenant(s) compliance with the financial obligations of this agreement.
